Problem statement

In the past years, in Saudi Arabia people start using apps to buy gifts to their loved one approach and that has become an increasingly important and practical solution. We are engaging using devises to do gifts arrangements instead of traditional way go to the shops.Currently people are get more busy now want faster solution and would prefer to know their loved once wish list and on current market each gift shops has its own app and that a bit inconvenient. we are focusing on making buying gifts and resaving it more practical and delightful experience to the end user by making everything in one app.

1- Understand how the user currently buying gifts to their loved one.

2- Understanding their struggles in their current approach.

3- Cover how the user currently deal or work around with their struggles.

4- Understanding what they prefer to change.

5- Understanding the benchmark the users using currently.

6- Understand there loved once prefer gifts (there needs) options.

2- most of them they have struggles buying the gifts.

3- most of user want more diversity on the gifting options.

3.1- Senens the biggest age rang using app to give gifts are 20–30 we plan to market our App in youthful language.

3.2- senens most of users give gifts on formal holidays like EID then we are planning to customize the app on these holidays.
